Founded by Nicole Watts—former Anthropologie Visual Manager and stylist for international campaigns, Times Square billboards, and A-list productions—the studio delivers a highly personalized design experience, thoughtfully tailored to bring each client’s creative vision to life with precision, artistry, and understated luxury.

Fusing residential and commercial design, Nicole Watts Studio’s portfolio spans Hudson Yards’ Waterline Square, The Seymour, Greenwich Lane, 70 Charlton, and One High Line, as well as commercial projects including the newly reimagined Rockaway Properties flagship office and signature immersive experiences at The Rockaway Hotel, blending sophistication, narrative-driven design, and experiential storytelling in every space.
